Yan Kexin born on July 27, 1998, in Sichuan, is a Chinese actress and singer. She attended The Central Academy of Drama where she developed her skills in performance, particularly in piano, dance, vocal training and English. Her artistic training laid the foundation for her career in both acting and music.
Yan Kexin gained public recognition through her participation in Produce 101 China a reality competition aimed at forming a girl group. She performed in several episodes but was eliminated in episode 4, ranked 98th overall. The experience helped her to establish a following and opened up opportunities in the entertainment industry.
Following her music endeavors her transition into acting started in 2021 when she appeared in Twin Sisters. She has primarily played supporting roles and has been gradually building up her portfolio.
