Wang Gege was born on June 11, 1997, in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, is a mainland Chinese actress who has earned the title of "Information Flow Queen" and "Queen of Short Dramas". An engineering student turned actress, she is widely celebrated for her prolific output and versatility, often starring in dozens of high-traffic vertical web series per year. She graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from the Xi'an University of Science and Technology.
While in university, she began filming "information flow" novel advertisements, gaining massive visibility and her first industry title. She transitioned into scripted dramas with When the Film Queen Has Mind-Reading Skills (2020) and achieved a breakthrough with the hit River God's Bride (2021), which garnered nearly 200 million views. By 2024, she had starred in nearly 100 vertical dramas with a cumulative viewership exceeding 5 billion. She eventually established her own personal studio, "Tie Mu Wu" (Iron Wood House).
